This research aims to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities and challenges, and provide data-driven recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analysis including surveys, focus groups and interviews, panel surveys and smaller, more focused action surveys. These tools are used both remote and in-person to get a higher response rate and add validity to the research.
